William Leslie Oates grew up in Pottsville and in the Pottsville ARP Church. He is married to Melissa Findley Oates. They have three boys, Garrett, Brett, and Carson. Leslie raises cattle and hay on his family’s farm in Pottsville. Leslie has been an elder since 2006. He is the seventh consecutive generation of men in his family to serve as an elder, continuously, for almost 200 years! Les enjoys bow-hunting and cooking.
Matt Wylie is a native of Clarksville, Arkansas where he lives with his wife Megan and their three children, Maya, Maebree, and Nate. Matt is the market President of First Security Bank in Clarksville and has served our church as a Deacon and, since 2008, as an elder. Matt’s family history also has deep roots in the ARP Church going back to the Carolinas. Matt enjoys golf, technology and spending time with his family.
